What a great way to start a Tuesday…sleeping in!<\/p>\n
No school today, but Jackie is going to work at the food bank this afternoon as part of a service project with her girl scout troop. No soccer practice tonight as practice has been changed to ONE indoor practice on Wednesday at 3pm–so WAHOO! for that…<\/p>\n
Rachael has gym tonight at 4pm and will be going home with a friend after…<\/p>\n
Brooklyn does not work today–so I am sure she will do some homework and finish up the “APP” (as we are affectionately calling it these days).<\/p>\n
We need to close the pool cover today–no exceptions. It took us many hours to clean all the leaves out on Sunday and I was a might cranky by the end of it. Not to mention sore on Monday.<\/p>\n
That is it really—got to do a bit of actual work today–some paperwork stuff that is hard to get done when all I really want to do it work with my ELL kids…<\/p>\n
Rachael did knit a slipper after she went to slipper knitting school with my Aunt Joan when she was here a couple weeks ago…She got it sewed up the other day and it is like a “mini slipper”. It might fit Jackie…but it WAS good practice and she will make the next one bigger i am thinking.
